Testimonials

We are proud to work with some amazing brands and teams across North America, usually serving 5-20 at a time. We take on new clients based on brand fit and value alignment.  Because our contracts include NDA’s, we are not able to disclose who we work with unless they allow us. In the event you want to talk to some of our previous customers, we can arrange this after the proper confidentiality agreements are in place.

“Over the last few years I’ve been lucky enough to partner with Sarjesa to co pack tea for my own company. Alexandra and her team have been incredibly professional and easy to work with. They go above and beyond what is expected and always take the time to educate me on ingredients, best practices and their process. I could not recommend working with Sarjesa enough to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and efficient co packer.”

“My experience working with Sarjesa Group has been an exceptional experience, particularly thanks to Alexandra who has been an invaluable resource throughout our time working together. As a small business owner, it was challenging to find a manufacturing partner willing to accommodate smaller quantities of tea bags. Sarjesa Group not only provided that flexibility but has scalable options tailored to both small and growing brands. Alexandra's prompt and informative responses have made the entire process seamless and stress-free. It's rare to encounter such dedication and customer service, especially in the manufacturing sector. The ease of communication and the efficiency of their service have significantly contributed to our brand's development.”

Challenges We’ve Faced & What We Did

In any business, there will be challenges. We recognize this, and put a lot into preventative systems. We’ve experience suppliers ghosting us when product issues occur and we have also had suppliers freak out when there have been product issues. As a customer, both of these approaches left us a little breathless and totally anxious. Ultimately, this shaped our approach to customer service. Problems will happen and we will address any issues efficiently and with integrity. Here are some things that went wrong and what we did to fix them:

Wrong Wrappers
If we send the wrong file to print, we replace the product. If the printer prints the wrong file or the wrong colour they replace it. This also applies to materials.

Wrong ingredient Size
We have a really robust process for issues, detailed in our production agreements. If we use the wrong materials as per your specifications, we remake the product and replace the packaging.

Products Opening in the Mail
One time, we had products that were not heat sealed at a high enough temperature and the packets of loose tea started to open in the mail. In this case, we replaced the products and refunded the cost of shipping the original shipping.

Commitment to Quality and Equity
In addition to product quality check points, we have a system where once you receive the product you have 5 days to reject the shipment if you are not happy with it. We can work together to find a solutions.

Pledge to Other Tea Manufacturers

As a CPG founder turned Plant Manager, I know how stressful down lines or product emergencies can be. I would not be where I am today without the help and support of other tea makers. In the event your production line goes down and you need assistance completing a run or need an emergency run, please reach out. I will gladly run your products for a flat flee. I will ask you to sign a contract including a mutual NDA, and you will need to provide proof that your line is indeed down. Of course, this is dependent on our capacity and up to our discretion.
