For tea bags, the MOQ is 1,500 units, and for products packed in bags or tins, the MOQ is 100 units. These MOQs provide flexibility for both small and larger production runs.

What are your Lead Times?

6-8 weeks for brand new clients if we need to source packaging or ingredients. 3 weeks for existing customers if we have your supplies on hand.

Do you offer customization options for packaging?

Yes, we offer customization options for packaging to align with your brand's identity. This includes custom overwraps, boxes, pouches, and tags. MOQs for packaging customization vary.

Can you procure ingredients for our products?

Absolutely! We can either work with your preferred suppliers and ingredients or utilize our in-house supply chain to procure high-quality ingredients for your blends. Our goal is to ensure that your products meet the highest standards of quality and taste.

Do you offer blending and formulation services?

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes, we offer a subscription service that allows brands to commit to a monthly quantity of products. This flexible model enables you to try new product offerings, iterate based on customer preferences, and scale your brand. It also includes behind the scenes photos and videos for your socials.

Can you ship products directly to us, our customers our distributor, or a 3PL provider?

Absolutely! We offer flexible shipping options, allowing us to ship the finished products directly to your location, your distributor, or your third-party logistics (3PL) provider. We strive to make the logistics process as seamless as possible. We are working on our fulfillment capabilities, although this is not our specialty.

Do you only engage in ongoing relationships rather than one-time production runs?

Have you ever ended a co-packing contract before?

Yes. If you treat our team poorly or we do not feel we are a fit for your needs, we will end the agreement. If it’s not working then it’s not working. No hard feelings. Similarly, if you outgrow our services or find that we are no longer a fit we will still support you and there will be no hard feelings. We are human beings first, excellent tea makers second.
